"Jalisa helped me today with an issue around insurance information not being relayed to the car loan servicing company, or so they claimed in a letter I received today in the mail. It turned out when I called them for a fax number or email for Jalisa to send the policy information, they already had it from January 21! Jalisa sent me the policy binder information by email so I have it if they come back at me. She was pleasant and efficient. Thank you!"

"Overall a competent agency. However, I left for 2 reasons: 1. better coverage at much lower price 2. I called when I found out that after I called to put a vehicle on "storage/not driven" rates, 3 months later I was still being charged the higher "in use" rate. When I called to remedy this, I was curtly told, " If you do not have this request in writing, and cannot prove you called, its your problem. " That reaction told me a lot about their customer service. I was just another number. No apology and refund. On my my calendar it was clearly marked off, but I did not follow up with an email because I trusted them. I learned the hard way."

"I had a great experience with Patrice Weston State Farm. As a new customer, working with Zach Stout made everything go so smoothly. I was able to have my new vehicle insurance begin on the day I called at a significant savings. Zack contacted my previous insurer and, with me on the line, he walked thru all the cancellation process including my refund. Everything was completed in about 20 minutes. I couldn’t ask for a better beginning to a new insurance company. I highly recommend Patrice Weston State Farm for any of your insurance coverages. Ask for Zach."

"I have been a customer for 4 years. I try to support minority businesses. I called today to see if I could get a better rate. Progressive is cheaper with same coverage. I think I spoke to someone in the Venice office. She was extremely rude and ugly to me. She had an attitude ! Nobody needs to be treated this way. So, will go with progressive"
